ALT BEER - A medium to dark amber in color, with a medium bitterness and an ABV of 5.3% ABV.
DIRTY BLONDE - A blond ale bordering on light amber, medium bitterness and an 8.2% ABV.

Year-Round Brewery Draughts
Quechee Cream Ale – American classic. True to style, this beer is blond in color with a low bitterness that makes this a smooth drinking beer. It's brewed with German malt and flaked maize. It's hopped with Perle and Sterling hops to about 14 IBU's. 4.5% ABV.
New Dublin Brown – Another classic with an alluringly deep rich but transparent brown color. Just bitter enough to keep the sweet malt from being overpowering. Brewed with British malts and hopped with Perle, English Goldings and Willamette hops to about 20 IBU's. 4.5% ABV. The Red #7 – A classic Red Ale that sports a deep rich red color. Malt and a touch of hops in the aroma. A pleasant malt base with a medium bitterness makes this a smooth drinkable beer. Brewed with British malts and hopped with a blend of Perle, Cascade and Willamette. Lightly dry-hopped with Goldings. 5% alc. Champion Reserve I.P.A – An American style IPA, mediun to light amber in color with a floral hoppy aroma. Meduim bodied and hopped to about 60 IBU's. It's brewed using British malts and generously hopped with a blend of Perle and Cascade. It's dry-hopped with Cascade for a fuller aroma. 5%alc. R.I.P. Stout – A traditional British style stout. It is black in color with enough bitterness to make this an easy to drink stout. Quite roasty without being overbearing, a hint of sweetness and a long dry finish. It's brewed with British malts and hopped with Perle, English Goldings and Willamette hops to about 22 IBUs. 5.0% ABV.
